ABOUT ME

I’m a retired academic, who has worked as a waiter, private tutor, graduate assistant, corporate accountant, business technology columnist and in academic and administrative positions in privately funded universities. In my roles as an academic, I was involved in a number of joint arrangements between partner universities in the UK, USA and Australia, and Malaysian colleges and universities, where students in Malaysia completed all or part of their undergraduate studies in Malaysia and the rest abroad, at the partner universities. I completed the professional CPA examinations in the USA, and am a fellow member of the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Post retirement, I have embarked on a fun story about the adventures of an alien prince, Andi, who has fled to earth to escape from enemies on his native planet, Marrinat. The prince’s three guardians, namely Scada (Scad), Katthee (Kat) and Donnee (Don), a dragon, kitten and puppy, respectively, accompany and guard him. They join forces with his three school friends, Sarah (Ara), Artee (Art) and Lenne (Len), and travel to Marrinat to rescue him, when he is kidnapped. They learn about the magical plants, structures and beings that live on Marrinat, as well as the Sages’ gardens where this magic abounds.
